Report a correction
Send a correction to the Property Tax Calculator Editorial Team here: a wrong figure, a stale exemption or cap rule, a dead source link or a worksheet that gives the wrong result.

What helps a report
Name the jurisdiction and the figure, and if you can, link the statute, regulation or agency page that shows the correct value. For a calculator problem, the inputs you used and the result you expected are enough. Please leave out parcel numbers, names and any personal financial details; the form is not a secure channel and nobody needs them to fix a statewide rule.
Reporting a mismatch on a notice
Explain which value the rate actually taxes: full value, assessed value or net taxable value. State whether your example includes school operating taxes, a bond levy or a fixed parcel charge. A difference caused by an omitted line is handled differently from an incorrect state assessment fraction. You can describe these figures without attaching a tax bill or disclosing your address.
What happens next
Each report is stored with the page, the problem type, your message and the optional reply address, and nothing else: no IP address, browser details or calculator inputs. The team checks it against the primary source. A confirmed error is corrected in the state model and in its hand-worked example, and the page’s visible updated date changes. The full process is in the editorial policy.
Questions this site cannot answer
The team cannot look up a parcel, approve an exemption, change an assessment or advise on an appeal. Your county assessor or appraisal district handles values and exemption applications; the county treasurer or tax collector handles bills and payments; the state revenue department publishes the statewide rules each calculator cites.
